* Terms and conditions may change without notice.

Rules and Regulations

  • Prices here are fixed and non-negotiable unless stated so.
  • Postage fee are to be paid together with the payment of the Lenses
  • NO dead buyers or MIAs.
  • Cancellation of orders are not allowed once payment are made.
  • Request of refunding is not allowed. You will have to wait patiently for the items to arrive. (refer to the refund policy below)
  • If seriously needed, we will only refund you 3/4 of the money from the payment you made. (refer to the refund policy below.)
  • Replacements are only allowed if the orders are not yet sent to the manufacturer/supplier.
  • NO backing out allowed once order form is sent. Therefore, It is best for customers to be clear of all questions before purchasing.
  • NO payment, orders will NOT be sent. Therefore, items will NOT be received.
  • Item replacement will only be allowed IF it is our / the supplier's/manufacturer's mistake.
  • Replacements are NOT allowed if the mistake is made by the customer herself/himself.
  • Orders will only be sent if the minimum order quantity set by the manufacturer/supplier is fulfilled.
  • Customers are advised to be patient when participating in sprees as it takes more than a month to receive the items.
  • Rule breakers will end up blacklisted.
  • Read and abide by our lens care section before attempting on purchasing/wearing our contact lenses. We will not be responsible for your eye problems if you have not taken proper care of your contact lenses.
  • Customers who purchased successfully from us please take note that your email address will be invited to our be our mailing list, at the same time becoming a site member.

A gentle reminder: Once you've submitted the order form, no backing out is allowed. Therefore, it is best to be clear of all doubts before sending in your order form. You may either email us at charmmyeyes@hotmail.com or simply click contact us in the Navigation and ask away! =)

1. POSB Transfer (Most recommended)

  •  After the transfer, reply to our email by stating the transaction reference number and time/date of transfer
  • We will reply to your email once the payment is confirmed received.
  • We will NOT be responsible if you transferred the money into a wrong account.

2. Meet Ups. 

Meetups at the following stations ONLY will be FOC:

Tampines MRT, Pasir Ris MRT, Simei MRT.

Certain charges apply for the rest.

1. Postage

$1.00 per pair. 

additional $0.50/pair for 2nd pair onwards.

For registered postage: $2.24 on top of total postage fee.

*NOTE: These postage fees are including packaging: bubble wraps, etc.

 

2. Meet ups.

Information similar to Payment Meet Ups.

Additional information:

  • Mass meet ups at an MRT station will be held if necessary. (Mass meet ups are FOC)

International Customers

additional US$5.50/pair for 2nd pair onwards.

Registered Postage: US$2.20 on top of total postage fee.

NOTE: Prices are including packaging expenses. 

 

PROMOTION:

Purchase 5 lenses or more and the shipping fee will reduce to only US$4.00 per pair!

Delivery Time

- Lenses will take 6 to 13 days to reach you.

- For faster delivery time:

* Express (1 to 2 days). Customers will have to pay 45.50 USD for below 20 pairs. This option is only available for Canada, USA and Mexico.

* EMS for other countries excluding Mexico, Brazil, UAE, Africa, Norway. (these countries require higher shipping rates)

40 USD for below 20 pairs.

  • Payment must be made together with the payment of item purchased
  • Customers are strongly advised to opt for registered postage to avoid loss of item(s).
  • We are NOT responsible for loss of items during post
  • We are also NOT responsible for damaged items during post as we are not the ones who caused it.
  • We always make sure that items are perfectly fine and in good condition before posting is made.

Combination of orders (Partnership in selling contact lenses only)

Combination of orders (Partnership) are most welcomed! =) 

By combining our orders, we will have lesser waiting time for a preorder to close as our orders will cap faster! The more online shops participating, the merrier! =) 

However, this is possible only if you are taking orders from the manufacturer.

Terms in Combining Orders
  • Every online shop participating will take turns in consolidating orders and payments.
  • The more online shops participating the better =)
  • Prices of lenses between participating stores must only be: the original cost price (from manufacturers) + shipping fee + payment fee.
  • No extra charges allowed as every online shop participating will have to take turns in consolidating everything eventually. 
  • All online shops participating will have to be responsible in consolidating orders and payments when it is their turn to be in charge.
  • Terms may be changed or added if requested by a participating online shop, after it is discussed and agreed by other participating online shops.

Privacy policy

  • We keep our customers private informations to our selves for sending updates, mailing, and company record purposes. 
  • Our customers' private data (emails,addresses,telephone numbers) will not be distributed or displayed.
  • Please take note that only names and prescriptions will be displayed in the order status sections.

Refund Policy

Refunding will be classified into several categories. The amount which will be refunded varies in different situations.

All prices in our website are inclusive of a 25% service charge which is equivalent to 1/4 of the payment sent. Therefore,

  1. If items are OOS (out of stock) or suddenly unavailable, only 75% will be refunded. 
  2. As no requesting of refund is allowed, only 60% will be refunded if insisted.

These policies are to make sure that our effort and time spent will not be wasted regardless. Customers are highly encouraged to clear all doubts before purchasing.
